The Congress of Europe’s Finest returns at CTWC Austria 2026!
For the fourth year running, Vienna, Austria will field the best players on The Old Continent at the CTWC Austria Regional on February 27-28. Returning to the original location of ‘23 and ‘24, now under new ownership, the event will take place at the wonderful Open World Gaming Bar in the 19th district of Vienna (Address: U Bahn Bogen 185, 1190 Vienna, Austria).
Located at the centre of Europe, the Austria Regional has shown itself to be one of the most accessible and internationally diverse Tetris tournaments in the world and has always had the privilege of hosting the strongest European Tetrising talent. This year promises to continue that tradition with old heavyweights and new up-and-coming challengers alike facing off for the continent’s ultimate prize.
For the first time ever, the tournament will be a two-day event with qualifying being held exclusively in person all of Friday and Saturday morning. As always, the bracket has been set intentionally on the larger side in regard to expected attendance with a maximum of 28 players qualifying for the bracket on Saturday.

Walk-in registration will be possible, however filling out the form will allow you to choose your preferred qualifying times and helps us immensely by collecting the necessary player information beforehand. Registration fee is 20€ to be paid in cash at the event.
